GenTox is our third party administrator.

ANNUAL AND RANDOM TESTING INFORMATION
It is the member's responsibility to keep their drug test current.
GenTox will send members a reminder letter that their annual drug test is due.
Member's DO NOT get paid one hour for annual drug test.
In the event a rapid test is required because the member let their drug test expire, the member is responsible to pay the cost of the rapid test.
Currently, the rapid test cost is $34.00.
GenTox will notify a member when selected for a random drug test.
The member is required to report to a testing site within 3 business days.
The member will be given one hour with pay at the beginning or end of shift to go test. This one hour is paid at the straight time hourly rate.
If the member is unemployed and selected for a random, the member must go on their own time.
