Dear IBEW Traveling Brothers and Sisters,

Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in IBEW Local 16.  We have approximately 1100 active members and 400 retirees. From time to time, we need your help to man our work and we are so grateful that you are considering taking a referral out of our Hall.

Our hours of registration are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (the office is closed 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch) Monday through Friday, excluding observed holidays. All IBEW applicants are required to sign via hall to hall email showing a current dues receipt, travel letter and Labor Power Basic Page including phone number and email. All other applicants should email ben@ibewlocal16.com with proof of work experience; applicants will then be reviewed by the hiring hall administrator to qualify for employment. Applicants must sign the appropriate out of work list and complete and sign a registration card.  

Resigns are required monthly between the 10th and the 16th of every month. To remain on the out of work list, you must re-sign every month, even if you are on a short call. Monthly resigns may be done through the website, by voicemail or in person. The one year resign must be in person between the 10th and the 16th.  No early or late resigns will be accepted.
